In the middle of an intense badminton tournament last Friday night, I had the worst luck when I got hit by the person opposite me in the court.
In the three short seconds when I saw my opponent pause for momentum, clench his jaw and raise his racket - I already knew I was in for an injury :))
This was how my eye looked like after it got hit by the spinning shuttlecock - swollen, bleeding, and I hate crying in public but I REALLY had to cry because of the pain!
Right after the impact (when I could hardly open my eyes)
The day after the incident, the blood and swollen feel was gone...replaced by the blackened surroundings of my eye.
Take note! The black part you see...NOT eyeliner! :))
The Day After
Two days after, the eye looked worse because a few areas already looked normal. So I was left with an eye that looked like it had unevenly been drawn.

When life throws you lemons... make lemonade!
I had the chance to practice my concealing skills with a sponge and concealer. I also got the chance to practice my eyelining skills ;-)
Let me look at the positive side, and tell myself that until it heals...it will just be as if I got myself a Php 8,000.00 permanent eyeliner treatment - for FREE!hahaha :D
With concealer and liquid eyeliner to balance =p
