At work, we are highly reliant on a lot of our software to generate a lot of relevant information and reports that comprise our administrative tasks.

There are times though when IT has to conduct scheduled downtimes for preventive maintenance, and to ensure all systems are updated.

So what happens in this busy office when we have to wait for it to go up?
